SPA ETIQUETTE


As per COVID-19 Protocol

Hand in your bag and cellular phone to the receptionist and wash your hands for at least 20min.


Wipe your hands with a towel, close the tap with the same towel and throw in the bin supplied.


Fill in the screening control sheet and wait for the receptionist to open the door for you.

SPA ARRIVAL

Arriving late may make it necessary to limit time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare for your treatment in a relaxed and unhurried state of mind. 


Group guests are requested to honour the time allocated for the treatment sessions, late arrivals will result in reduction of treatment times.


SPA ENVIRONMENT

Your spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.


All family members under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No waiting child will be allowed.


Please turn off/ put on silent cellular phones on arrival at The Spa.

HEALTH MATTERS

Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns you may have when making your appointment. 


We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly after massage treatments.


For Mom's to be, there are treatments designed to care for both of you. Please allow our therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Note that we will not massage in the first trimester of the pregnancy.


We recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal before your spa treatment to help accelerate the elimination of toxins.


We recommend that you drink lots of water after your spa treatment to help accelerate the elimination of toxins.

SPA ATTIRE

We will provide you with spa attire (gown and flip flops), you may choose to wear your own. Wear what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.


VALUABLES

We provide a secure place to store your personal items inside the spa bag containers. However, we do not assume any liability for personal items lost and recommend you put valuables safely in your bag or leave them in the car.


BOOKING POLICY

30% of your preferred treatment will be required for bookings. 40% deposit fee is required for group bookings.


CANCELLATION POLICY

A therapist will be booked out for your selected treatment. Guests will forfeit all deposit fees for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time.


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Treatments,  packages and Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be exchanged for other treatments of the same value. For hygiene reasons products purchased may not be returned or exchanged.
